Some members have no control. They keep reporting the same issue over and over if they disagree with the report decision. A staff decision should be final, but currently its possible to keep relitigating the issue. We really need some Report Flooding Controls to stop that from happening...

It would be useful to moderate new accounts that have the same Date of Birth as a banned member. This is often a red flag. In such case it would be useful to list which account it may match with. It would be useful to whitelist dates like January 1st as that date is often used as a bogus date.

It has always amazed me that XFES doesn't allow us to search for posts older than a certain date. Please add this to ElasticSearch Essentials.

That would make sense as well. A per moderator view or overview of moderator performance is very important IMO because it motivates moderators and exposes those who are slacking/sliding.

It would be very useful to see statistics on moderator actions per day/week/month per moderator. By displaying this in the moderator CP its clear to all who is active and who is falling behind. This is good for overall moderator activity. Displaying a graph would be nice. So would a leaderboard.
