Simple addon, but it does exactly what is asked of it, with zero fuss.

We have the forum setup so that bot users advise staff of various issues, without the need for the staff member to go hunting for information.

Having this sort of stuff laid out nice and neatly in a thread is a really superb way of handling multi user detection.

When cranked up with all the options, there's a stack of information readily available to make a decision on an account.
