Ability to add tabs for specific usergroups

So for example if we have members that buy an upgrade and are added to a secondary usergroup labeled "Premium", if we choose to show that usergroup on the list (add-on new feature), there should be a new tab labeled "Top Premium" and the URL should be something like this:/members/?type=premium
