Add ability to auto-delete avatars and profile banners upon user self-disable

Hey there,

according to the GDPR, "PII or Personal Identifiable Information is any data that can be used to clearly identify an individual". It's likely that a user has added an avatar with a picture of themselves. This, of course, would have to be deleted upon self-disabling.
