You really need to enable them.
Not everyone that is a paid user of some of your add-ons have the ability to post content on the official XF site and depend on here to relay issues.
I have a ticket system which is my preferred method for handling support queries, as a single discussion thread is too hard for me to track what has been replied to, what is still buggy and such.
I am not one to inquire about release dates in a ticket as to me that seems to be a pesting.
Was curios when the XFES add-on was scheduled for updating to 2.3. and was what I was commenting on, and those were the type issues I was referencing. just a general area to post it was what I was trying to find.
It is about all that's holding me back from upgrading still.
