Add permission to allow specific user groups to bypass recipient inbox limit

Hello there,

I've limited my "Registered" group to a couple for conversations. However, I'd like my moderation team to still be able to send any user a conversation regardless of their recipients conversation limit.

So I suggest a new permission "Allow bypass recipient inbox limit" so I can enable my team to always send out conversations to other members regardless of their inbox limit.

Thanks

If I remember, Staff already can bypass user limit.
I have registered group set to 1 conversation, but Staff can send unlimited PC to them.

Hey @Xon

Do you plan on changing any of this behaviour in the near future? Since i'm not using the Staff functionality, this limits my conversations quite a bit :)

Not currently, as I'm working on Content Ratings and bugfixing quite a few other add-ons

I'd like to push this thread and clarify that I'm still willing to provide funding :) It's a torture for my staff without this :(

Edit:
If I remember, Staff already can bypass user limit.
I just tested this on my forums and selected a user to be a staff member. They still got the message that the recipients inbox is full.

@SeToY are you OK with the "Manage any conversation" from Conversation Improvements being used to bypass the inbox limits?

Haven't got Conversation Improvements installed (yet), but my staff would gladly deliver you flowers personally, so yes: anything that makes this possible :)

Thank you for implementing this! Really, my staff (and I) will truly appreciate it. Will I need Conversation Improvements for it, then? If yes I'ma just go ahead and install it right now just to be safe once v2.1 arrives

I'ld recommend installing 'Conversation Improvements', it adds some handy bits. While there will be an update for Conversation Essentials it is some minor code changes, and doesn't require any configuration changes
