@Xon We had someone from Country code IN try to register and they were rejected because our points were assigned to IN. They next used a VPN from the US IP address and registered and got recognized as Country US.
What is interesting is the Browser Time Zone still indicates Asia/Kolkata as seen below. This would be great to be able to detect the browser time zone in your Signup and Abuse software to trigger the points this way as well! Actually, it's probably more effective than the IP address.
