Some of our forum sections are very small and only show a handful of similar threads at the bottom of the thread, as it only searches in the same forum for thread titles. Is it possible to add an option to expand the search so that it will search other forums sharing the same parent category id?
At the moment I can only allow either all forums or this forum and any children, but these are either too large or too small a scope for some sections. Having a middle-ground where it's possible to search forums at the same node level would be really handy (i.e. forum shares same parent ID) .
