Ask user for further information

Hi,

last but not least: Sometimes a report doesn't make sense or isn't obvious at first sight. For this, it would be great if the moderator could invite the user who sent the report for further questions or informations.

In my opinion this is most important stuff on the report center. We don't use it because it's frustrating that it lacks the communication with the user. Also it would be great for users to see that their reports are taken seriously.

Please consider this for the future
