Change Moderator Log Items to ModCP

Im not sure what 'Moderator Log Items ' is supposed to mean. The purpose of the interface is to give moderators access to moderation tools & content without admincp access.

I personally think it makes most sense to change the phrase. But its easy to do so not important.
