Criteria based on forum node -> Category experts

Hi,

i would like to promote users who are extrem helpful in a special category. So if a user has 100 helpful ratings in the ford mustang forum, he is an expert on that level (but not on the vw jetta). For this it would be great if we could promote users based on ratings per forum node.

Would be great if you could think about this. I would contribute for the development as well.

It would be nice to see the top members of a subforum. We used to have a dropdown function for this in our reputation system.
