Deleting Thread Notes companion thread

If you create a Thread Note then hard-delete the addon-created Thread Note thread, then go back and try to create another Thread Note on the same thread as before, you get an error saying the thread was not found. Apparently when the Thread Note thread is hard-deleted, the tab remains linked to the now non-existent thread.

Minor bug. No rush.
