Forum Search: no hit if not the first word in the title

I am not sure if this is a bug or by design but:
Lets say my forum node is titled: keyword1 & keyword2
'Forum' has double the weight of any other content type so it should always come up if there is a relevant hit.

If I enter into the search box 'keyword1' then its works splendidly. But if I enter into the search box 'keyword2' then it doesn't work.

@Alfa1 please ensure the option "Prefix-based auto complete" under ElasticSearch Essentials options is disabled.

Auto-complete's relevance support doesn't support content weighting yet.

:edit: 2.3.0 now does, a lot easier to add than I was expecting
