Implement email risk scoring API

I'd be willing to donate some money if you were to add the https://check-mail.org/ API. By far it's one of the most accurate in detecting disposable/spam emails, and I've used several others. This would go great alongside GetIPIntel to score for both disposable emails and VPNs/proxies. This would reduce forum spam immensely, especially in cases where the bad actor is using residential proxies to bypass GetIPIntel and other VPN/proxy detection APIs.
