"Include locked threads" and "Thread List Date Limit" not working

Hi Xon,

I have installed v1.2.0 (thanks for releasing it!) and unfortunately I believe that the "Include locked threads" option is not working. I have leave it unticked (to not show locked threads) but when I go to the new tab at the user profile then it is still showing the locked threads.

Unfortunately it looks like the "Thread List Date Limit" also isn't working. I have set it to "3 months" but it is still displaying older (and locked) threads.

I thought I tested that properly

Will look into it within the next day or so.

:edit: Derp, I testing that the tab was showing up vs not for a single thread. The thread list is out of sync with how the tabs are counted.

Same for the count of threads when viewing the actual list too.

Pre 1.2.1, there where two calls to count threads, and 1 call to fetch threads. All 3 used to use different criteria to select what threads should be included.
