Issue with the assignment system

I assigned a report on a thread (first post) to myself and resolved it - the next day there was a new report on that thread (first post) and the report menu on top showed 1/XX because the system still assumed it being assigned to me

Resolving should end the assignment imho​

This is probably an option on to control if something stays assigned. It is useful if a report is bumped the person who handles it also handles the bump; but a timeout (with the ability to set to 0 so it happens straight-away) to remove the assigned flag would be useful
