Make matched username clickable

Hi,

When an user is waiting approval on report, if the user got matched username, could you please redirect it to his profile if we click on his previous username please ? Each time I have to go on the ACP, and look at the username to find the reason.

There is only one latest version for the signup abuse detection add-on, and your licence page shows you haven't downloaded it.

If there is a username which isn't showing up as a clickable link, please open a ticket provide a screenshot (and highlight) the area you expect to be clickable.

@Niro this looks to be a styling compatibility issue. Will work on it, but this suggestion is (crudely) implemented
