Make prefixes searchable

Hi,

I think that it would be tremendously helpful if prefixes would be searchable.
There were requests for this to be a feature back long before you took over this addon apparently.

I am using ElasticSearch but I think that doesn't make a difference does it?

Prefix and tags are just poorly integrated into search tbh.

This would likely be part of ElasticSearch Essentials rather than the Multi-prefix add-on.
