The banned users interface doesn't make much sense to me. It shows the latest banned members. It would make sense to be able to sort and filter on name.
For example: it would be nice to see which banned members will be returning this week. By sorting on ban end date.
Basically I am requesting the same as the tag moderation page currently has.
