Moderate Account if Date of Birth matches banned member

It would be useful to moderate new accounts that have the same Date of Birth as a banned member. This is often a red flag.

In such case it would be useful to list which account it may match with.
It would be useful to whitelist dates like January 1st as that date is often used as a bogus date.
