Option for moderators and users to bypass the inbox size limit.

Since this request didn't seem to generate echo in the XenForo thread, I am testing my luck here.

I would like to suggest the ability for moderators and users from a specific group to bypass the inbox size limit, allowing them the possibility to send a private message to users with a full inbox.

I'm not sure if there is an etiquette to make suggestion, if there is one, I offer my apologies.

If you have Conversation Improvements installed, you need to grant the " Manage any conversation" moderator permission, otherwise if that add-on isn't installed; the user needs to be a moderator or administrator.
