Option to disable IMG quoting (implemented)

Hi,

i would like to see the option to prevent users from quoting images. In our community it happens a lot, that a user is posting a (private) image and is editing the post after a while. Once the post was quoted, other users can still see the image.

So it would be great if we could prevent this. I would make a contribution for the development.
