"Post Areas": Permission (who can see) and search link (show all threads/posts in area)

It would be nice to have a permission that controls who can see the "post areas".

Also a (search) link that shows all threads created in a specific area would be very handy: e.g. to easily delete all threads in a certain sub-forum by a specific member.

Implemented in the next version, the number of posts will be clickable and added a permission for it.
