Prevent wall of text (force line breaks, punctuation)

When a member posts without adding line breaks or punctuation, posts become really hard to read.

Please add a function to Post Friction to show a warning to users who:

1. Post more than X words without line breaks.
2. Post more than X words without punctuation in-between.
