Remove #QuickSearch from Excluded forums

Would be nice if when excluding forums from the search index that the #QuickSearch would be removed, since it is no longer searchable.

@jpats you can still search everywhere else. But I can make it remove the "Search this forum only" feature.

That works, I just removed it with extra.css.
