Reports about the same member should be visible from current reports.

I have something working to this effect on my SMF (soon to be Elkarte) forum, where every member actually has one thread in the MI forum and all reports get directed to that thread.

XenForo's send to thread feature for reports is really not useful. Report Centre Essentials has a number of pre-canned searches which find reports against a given user or thread

No, I mean having that information directly accessible from your report center, rather than needing to search for it.
