Resolve report on Moving thread

Members can only report a post, not threads. They often report the first post when the thread needs to be moved.
Moving a thread should resolve the associated report. For this a tickbox is needed on the 'move thread' overlay.

I think it would be difficult to associate moving a thread with resolving reports (possibly multiple reports on multiple posts)...or to associate a "move thread" based report that is linked to a post within a thread, and then have only that one reported post resolve upon moving the thread. I don't see a way around that....but hey, what do I know
