Sign up abuse plugin GDPR information

What information would I need to disclose in order to ensure that I am GDPR compliant with this addon? I didn't see any information regarding it other than that there are GDPR implications which is a bit vague. I really need a plugin but I am not going to implement anything until I know I can do so and still maintain compliance.

This add-on just uses existing Xenforo features (ie set/read domain cookies, record IP addresses), so the existing descriptions should be enough.

It has an additional GDPR mode which fully deletes the tracking data when an account is deleted data when an account is deleted.
