Simple Conversation Warning notice

I get a mass of conversations every day with support requests(we have a helpdesk and a technical support forum), forum questions, etc. One simple feature that I had on vbulletin I am really missing now:

A warning notice to display to members before they send you a conversation.
I would like to be able to put up a simply notice that warns members that my conversations are for personal stuff only. Then they can opt to proceed.

The notice has 3 things:

1. Warning Icon: http://fontawesome.io/icon/exclamation-triangle/
2. Text.
3. Button to go to proceed.
