Super-moderators canot lift ban

My supermoderators are not able to lift a ban.

I have this problem: underage users are auto-banned by ModEss. (Daniel added this function for me)
A slew of members were able to register without filling in a date of birth and were therefore auto-banned.
My super moderators tried to lift the bans, but got a no permission error.
Is there anything that I can do to allow them to lift such bans? I see no such permission in ModEss.

This should be an admincp permission; manage users.

Sorry, they need the "Manage bans" permission which is a standard XenForo permission
