Thread notes improvements

Hello, I suggested this over at xenmods..

Right now if one clicks on thread notes and there is no thread, a new thread is created automatically. It would be nice if a confirmation to create a thread is put in place if there is no thread created yet. Also, if user confirms that he wants a thread created, it would be nice if the user can be redirected to the thread creation form. That way no empty thread is created and also would rule out the conflict this has with add-ons that has a post character limit that it does not allow us to create thread notes if there is a limit in place. Also, it would be great if the number of replies/discussion is placed on the thread notes tab, sort of like the resource manager does with the discussion tab.

I agree with you. We are not using thread notes, just because of this malfunction.
