I can only apologise for my constant bothering Xon!

An example...

I have a user X who has given 14,000 positive ratings and 11,000 neutral ratings.

I've set up a promotion with the following criteria.

No other criteria settings.

So user X falls into this (their ratio is 0.44).

They're not being added when I run the promotion cron though. It actually adds a couple of random users who don't fall anywhere near this criteria.

If I remove the first part of the criteria (given at least 50 neutral) then it returns a lot more users but still none within the 2nd criteria.

The criteria bits wasn't heavily tested (because testing user criteria in XF is a nightmare) so I'll add that to the to-do list!

@Case found the bug; 'target' (ie the ratio 0.44 bit); is being cast to an int instead of a float...

Sorry Xon, I'm still struggling with this.

I have the promotion criteria setup as...

User has given/received at least/most X reactions:
-Given
-At least
-2000
-Neutral

User specific rating to total rating ratio is:
-Given
-At least
-0.3
-Neutral

User X reaction scores:
Positive (given): 13,247
Neutral (given): 11,200

So the user definitely meets the above criteria. They have given 11,000 neutral and their neutral to total ratio is 0.46. The cron job has run and they have been active on the forum.

Am I being stupid here somewhere?

Can you open a ticket? This may require deeper investigation and access to your site to troubleshoot as other custom criteria may be causing this to fail.
