User Essentials 3.0.1 breaks ability to edit thread titles?

Hey there, I noticed a weird issue with editing thread titles while the User Essentials addon is enabled. Registered users are unable to edit thread titles because the pop up window is blank:



this happens in both the default theme and uix dark 2. disabling the addon lets the fields that should be there appear again.

my first thought was that i must have the permissions set wrong, but oddly they seem correct?

strange thing is that this only seems to affect regular users, not the administrative usergroup.

so... it's completely possible i just set something up wrong, but i thought i'd post here and see if this might be a bug?

Do you have "Separate thread title and post edit time limits" set? It might be keying of the post edit time limit instead.
