User Mention Improvements

Hi @Xon, I like this plugin and I can understand how it works, but can some criteria be added without modifying existing user groups? For example, can the mention function be added by filtering female members from the user group, male members or filtering according to some custom user fields? I hope I didn't explain it too complicated.
