User Upgrade Permissions

Have a few questions about the User Upgrade Permissions. I see it requires the standard library.

• Will the required standard library effect any add-ons besides Aphelion's?
• Currently we're running the latest version of Xenforo and just want to make sure the add-on does support it.
• If understand the add-on documentation correctly we can set each upgrade offered so only set usergroup(s) set can see each user upgrade?

• A number of 3rd party developers use my standard library add-on.
  • All my add-ons will use standard library if they make schema changes or require its' features (ie virtually all of them).
• All XF2 add-ons support the latest version of XF2
• Correct
