"watch/unwatch conversation" functionality

@Xon, can you explain what the named functionality adds to XF Core conversations?

The idea is to allow a conversation to be marked as 'unwatched', so it doesn't generate email notifications or unread alerts. But tracks if you've fully read it.

Basically; I had a number of very chatty conversations I wanted to mute without actually leaving

Suggestion: Add an option to disable this functionality. As you see, also webmasters may don't get it without asking
