Xenforo 2.2 add-on support

While the XenForo 2.2 beta is out, a number of add-ons sold on this site will not work with it. Some of these fixes will be simple, but others will require dropping support for XF2.0/XF2.1.

To simplify maintenance, the plan for any add-ons updated to work with XF2.2 will be to increase the minimum php version to php 7.0+ to match XenForo 2.2.x, and require XenForo 2.2.0+. Going forward no new feature development will be done for add-ons targeting XF2.0/XF2.1.

If patching/updating of an XF2.0/XF2.1 compatible version is required; an updated version will be made on this site, but not released on xenforo.com's resource manager.

User Essentials is being worked on.
Then ElasticSearch Essentials.

ElasticSearch Essentials for XenForo 2.2 is getting very close to being done, just had some hickups in time scheduling.

The latest version of ElasticSearch Essentials now supports both XenForo 2.2 and 2.1, and due to the unexpected time taken an extra 4 months have been added to existing license holders.

All my major add-ons should now be XF2.2 compatible. A non-beta release of User Essentials should hopefully be out soon with only minor bugfixes
