Xenforo 2.3 add-on support

While the XenForo 2.3 beta is out, a number of add-ons sold on this site will not work with it. Some of these fixes will be simple, but others will require dropping support for XF2.2

To simplify maintenance, the plan for any add-ons updated to work with XF2.3 will be to increase the minimum php version to php 7.2+ to match XenForo 2.3.x, and require XenForo 2.3.0+.

If patching/updating of an XF2.1/XF2.2 compatible version is required; an updated version will be made on this site, but not released on xenforo.com's resource manager.

XenForo 2.3.0 RC3 introduces major backwards compatibility breaking changes, this breaks a number of addon's XF2.3 support. The next XF2.3.0 release candidate release is supposed to include backwards compatibility improvements but no ETA has been provided
