Add ability to remove user from (selected or all) secondary user groups upon self deletion / deactivation

Hello there,

we're using secondary user groups (as is best practice) to assign additional permissions. Some of them even external to XF via its API. So, the ability to remove users from all or selected secondary user groups upon self deletion / deactivation would be neat.

There is the option to assign self-deleted / deactivated users to a given user-group which can then deny permissions via standard XF behavior.

I don't want to deny permissions via standard XF behavior, I want to remove second user groups as other systems depend on it:

Some of them even external to XF via its API.
