Allow banner stacking for the highest N groups

Hey there,

I'd love to use the "Allow banner stacking" functionality of XF, but as I'm using secondary user groups to assign my permissions, a few of my users have a plethora of second user groups with corresponding banners.

So my suggestion for your add-on would be to allow banner stacking for the highest N groups, which would display, well... at most N banners for the groups that are weighed the highest.
