Allow admins to still delete users even when "Disable user instead of deleting" is set

Hello there,

there are some times where an admin should be able to actually delete (not just disable) a user, despite the "Disable user instead of deleting" checkbox being set. So I want users to still only be able to disable their account (and not delete), but admins should still be able to delete users.

This option only applies to admins, so an admin can just deselect the option and then delete the user.

So if deselect "Disable user instead of deleting", users themselves can still only disable (and not delete) their accounts?

The add-on doesn't let users delete their account, only disable.

That flag just controls if admins have a per-user delete button.
