"Approve All" registrations in queue

Thanks again for this add-on, it has been very helpful to our community.

Occasionally we'll have new members find our site via a news link or twitter post and we'll get hammered with 100s of registrants over a brief period and it becomes overwhelming to screen each by hand. For these occasional instances, could there be a "Select All" option added to approve all members in the queue with points under X amount?

I think this falls under "make the approval queue less horrible", but will look into it

Will aim this for the next feature release (v1.4.x)
