Asks for image replacement url even when not using one

I'm currently using an image replacement for icons. After I install Content Ratings I added a CSS icon but it still defaults back to the image replacement. If I try to delete the image replacement URL, I can't save the reaction as it says a url is required.

Just testing and the required image url is default xF behaviour, I think.

So I think it's just that Content Ratings isn't using the CSS icon if I have one filled in.

Doing a bit more testing, the emoji/text replacement works as expected. Just the CSS icon setting that's not overriding the image replacement.

Yeah, as the css icon can be added to most of the image display options and as a standalone image option.

I've updated the validater to allow the image replacement url to be blanked if there is a css icon
