Duplicate account detection getting posted to multiple forums

I originally set this to one of our main mod forums, however this proved to be a mistake as we allow a certain number of duplicate accounts as-is.

So I made a new forum and told it to post duplicate notices there, however, the addon decided to post to both forums instead.

You'll need to move all the threads from the old forum, as it bumps existing threads and posts new threads to that forum

I did. It is creating fully duplicate threads, not bumping the old ones.

The hell, I turned it off and disabled the free addon, and it's still posting them to the originally selected forum.

I think I've got it, maybe. It was making them from reports.

This sounds like you have reports being posted to a forum

A somewhat related issue, I'm now getting doubled initial reports.

Only the initial login report is getting doubled - when the second account logs back into the first (triggering a new report), that only creates one post rather than two.
