I am not sure if this is due to multiprefix or prefix essentials.
When featuring a thread that has a prefix, the prefix is added to both the thread as the featured thread title.
For example if you have the prefix 'xenforo' then the featured thread title text will look like:
xenforo -- this is the thread title.
While the 'xenforo' prefix also displays.
This can then be manually removed by editing the thread title.
