Make "Latest Activity" feed live

It would be great if "Live Content" could also make the "Latest Activity" feed (under What's New) live.

That would fill the void left by Milano's Live Feed add-on, which was very popular on X1.

I think that there is significant interest in this feature, as witnessed by this thread on the XenForo community forums:

Live Feed is the most used add-on on my forum. It was last updated years ago and is no longer maintained by the developer. This would be the most important functionality that I would miss whenever I upgrade to XF2 in the coming months. I just hope that someone takes up this project and releases...
