No permission for sticky/unsticky conversation and only inline moderation + users without permissions can still use sticky and label

1. There should be a permission for sticky/unsticky conversations (other features of this addon do have permissions).
2. There is no option to sticky a conversation when viewing it (only via inline moderation).
3. IMHO a user, that looses permissions to use this addon's functionality should not see labels and sticky conversations anymore.

4. Tough this is more a feature request (like some of the above): There should be a permission for who can see, that a user has left a conversation.

One more (seems like a small bug to me):

If you invite a member to a conversation, who is already in (not left conversation), there is no error without this addon, but the user does not get a notification either.

With this addon installed, the user does get a notification, even if he has not left.

I'm kinda tempted to say "meh" as this add-on adds the "edit own conversation" permission. And removing this nukes a pile of conversation behaviour by design.

If you invite a member to a conversation, who is already in (not left conversation), there is no error without this addon, but the user does not get a notification either.

With this addon installed, the user does get a notification, even if he has not left.
