Non-visible reactions appear in 'members who reacted' popup in a post

I have a non-visible reaction set up that works as expected on a post - only I can see my reaction.

When I click the reaction in a post to open the 'members who reacted' popup, I can see other users who have used this reaction.

It actually says (0) have reacted but still lists the users who have used this non-visible reaction under it.

Related feature request: It would be cool to be able to specify which usergroups can see all the non-visible reaction data.
