Optional donation with upgrade

Please consider adding an optional donation amount in addition to the upgrade fee.

I feel that some of my loyal members would be happy to give a little extra, but I would prefer to leave the amount up to them rather than creating many upgrades with different amounts.

I assume that it would need to be processed as a separate one-time payment though, so as not to mess with renewals and refunds.

This is well outside the scope of a user upgrade (as it is basically a donation system), but should be placed in the user upgrade process.

Challenging due to the limitations of the paypal process that XenForo uses.

That's a shame. I'd definitely be interested if you were able to make a separate add-on. When people have their wallet open, so to speak, is the easiest time to ask them for a little bit more.
