Self-requested account disable - Cancelled email

The email when cancelling an account disable request is missing a phrase:

"Your account at {board_title} was not disabled, and your request to disable it has been cancelled."

The email when you schedule your account to be disabled is coming up fine with the board title in the email:

"Your account at Arachnoboards will be disabled in approximately 3 days, as per your request. ..."

I believe this was fixed a while ago. If it is still happening, make sure you've reverted or updated the phrases
